added some additional information to the new file prompt to help indicate supported filetypes

I think this is a good idea in theory, but I do not want to mislead users into thinking that these are the only formats supported.
In reality, any text-based format can be created and requested without transformation. It is true the Plunker only supports transforming a limited number of file types.
What do you think?

I think that I'd love somewhere on the UI directly to know what types support transformation as I generally try to google around everytime I can't remember what is supported. I thought maybe right on the prompt would be nice, but perhaps more text would fit there or on a title/tooltip on the new button?
